Each year, GRESB assesses and benchmarks the ESG performance of assets worldwide, providing clarity and insights to financial markets on complex sustainability topics. In 2024, CEI VIII, which invested in renewable energy projects across the UK and Europe, received an outstanding 5-Star GRESB Rating and a score of 99 out of 100 both at Fund and Asset Level.
Furthermore, CEI VIII secured the top ranking in 6 out of 9 benchmarks:

· Renewable Power – Private; and
· Performance Score within Renewable Power.
CEI VIII ranked first at Asset Level for:
· Renewable Power: Wind Power Generation – Europe / Private;

· Performance Score; and
· Performance Score within Renewable Power: Wind Power Generation.
The GRESB Assessments are guided by what investors and the industry consider to be material issues in the sustainability performance of asset investments and are aligned with international reporting frameworks, goals and emerging regulations. This year’s results once again highlight Capital Dynamics’ commitment to Responsible Investment practices and the unwavering efforts and execution of its team. These top-tier GRESB results demonstrate that Capital Dynamics is not just participating in the renewable energy transformation but leading it.
