Capital Dynamics is expanding its global footprint and strengthening its Latin American presence by opening an office in Brazil*. The office is located in Rio de Janeiro, in the Leblon neighborhood, home to many of the nation’s most established private equity managers. Filipe Cerqueira Caldas, Head of Business Development in Brazil, will be leading the effort.
Rio de Janeiro, seat of the largest institutional investors in Brazil, is an important business center and an ideal spot from which Capital Dynamics can identify and develop local investment opportunities.
An experienced investor in the region, Capital Dynamics believes that from a local office, it will be well-placed to strengthen its relationships with the top-quality managers based throughout the region. Further, Capital Dynamics considers its new Latin American location to be uniquely positioned for direct investment opportunities through co-investments and clean energy investing.
